• Record a video whereas unloading the divide so that in the event that the item is imperfect in case, it can be traded easily.
• Parcel opening video is mandatory. Exchange will not be accepted without a proper parcel opening video.
• Customized items such as sketches, sculptures, gifts etc, which are designed specifically for you, cannot be returned or exchanged, unless there is transit damage or other defects.
• In case of perishable items, delivery is attempted just once. If the address is incorrect or the recipient is unavailable, we will not be able to deliver it again.
• Returns need to be done within 2 days from date of delivery.
• We don’t offer Turn around PICKUP for the bundles returned to us. The returns will be made at your claim cost.
